Key Responsibilities Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions regarding member treatment Manage a schedule and caseload while collaborating with team members on clinical services Conduct 2-3 group therapy sessions and document member progress using outcome measures Required Qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field Active Indiana behavioral health license (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC) or associate level status Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder setting High comfort level with technology, including EMR and telehealth software Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week as needed
