Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for various target groups Consult with departments and candidates to define specific recruiting strategies Ensure documentation in the applicant management system is maintained Required Qualifications Completed degree in humanities or business sciences, or a completed commercial vocational training Ideally, some practical experience in HR or recruiting; a career change is also possible Open and motivated demeanor with a careful working style Effective communication skills in German and English Strong service mindset and empathy to build stable relationships with partners
