Instrument Sales Support Representative
A company is looking for an Instrument Sales Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process correspondence, quotes, and bids for the sales team, ensuring compliance with business unit policies
Respond to customer inquiries regarding instruments, contracts, and orders, providing timely follow-up as needed
Process purchase orders and resolve collections issues by coordinating with sales representatives and customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of customer service experience, or an Associate degree with 2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, SAP, and Salesforce
Prior knowledge of the life sciences industry is preferred
Advanced customer service skills with three or more years of call center experience preferred
Geographical knowledge of the service area is beneficial
