A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave of absence benefits
Monitor benefit trends and ensure compliance with regulations while enhancing employee experience
Oversee daily administration of benefit plans and manage a team of benefits professionals
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on U.S. and U.K. benefits administration
Deep knowledge of benefits regulations, including FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA
Proven leadership experience managing a team of benefits professionals
Hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits platforms; Workday and BenefitFocus experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
