A company is looking for a Rating Supervisor to oversee the underwriting support team and ensure compliance and quality control. Key Responsibilities Supervises daily workflow and performance of the underwriting support team, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews Audits new business and renewal policies for compliance and quality control, ensuring proper documentation and instructions are followed Provides training and support for team members and collaborates with other departments to maintain relationships and ensure continuity in processes Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency Associate degree in business or related field preferred Five years of commercial lines insurance experience, including experience with rating Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation preferred
