Key Responsibilities Monitor patient work queues for verification needs and coordinate with relevant departments for pre-certification Pre-register patient cases and ensure accurate insurance verification and eligibility prior to patient arrival Document and maintain compliance with department standards and insurance guidelines while protecting patient confidentiality Required Qualifications and Education High School diploma or equivalent 3 years of benefit verification/authorization experience or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience 4 years of experience with end-user desktop tools and 1 year of EPIC experience 3 years of experience in clinical/medical precertification/authorizations/verification
