Key Responsibilities Identify and prioritize manual business processes for automation in collaboration with business and IT teams Document current state business processes and create clear requirements and process design documents Support existing automations and manage change requests while serving as a subject matter expert Required Qualifications 4+ years of business process improvement experience 3+ years of experience in business analysis for AI automation processes 3+ years of related experience in Payments and/or Banking is a plus Experience with automation software technologies (e.g., GenAI, AI, IDP, NLP, ML) Knowledge of Excel, Visio, and Word is required
