Intercompany Analyst
A company is looking for an Intercompany Analyst to support internal international customer service in the Supply Chain space.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with managing intercompany orders, including inquiries, change requests, and exceptions
Resolve shipment discrepancies on intercompany orders and manage receiving inquiries
Engage with internal customers to provide top-tier customer service regarding orders and shipments
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or related fields
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a similar field
Order Management experience
Background in Customer Service
English language proficiency (Read, Write, Speak)
