Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions Provide operational support and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle Build, maintain, and support the enterprise PEGA infrastructure, including reviewing, testing, and implementing patches and upgrades Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass FAA security screening for positions of Public Trust 4+ years of experience in business system solution development using Pegasystems software 4+ years of experience in building, managing, and supporting PEGA operating systems and applications Strong knowledge of PEGA application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, and reports
