A company is looking for a PRN Iowa KidSight Pediatric Vision Screening Specialist - COA Certified.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret photo screening images using the iScreen Client Portal and record findings for patient follow-up
Recognize subtle indicators of vision issues and make informed decisions based on clinical data
Stay updated on advancements in pediatric vision screening and participate in ongoing training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in medical imaging, optometry, or a related healthcare field
Certification as an Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) is required
6 months to 1 year of experience interpreting medical images, preferably in a pediatric setting
Proficiency in medical imaging software and tools
Strong understanding of pediatric eye anatomy and common vision disorders
