Iowa Licensed Clinical Review Technician

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Technician I. Key Responsibilities Support operations of Clinical Services and conduct clinical assessments for medication therapy Communicate clinical review decisions to pharmacies and providers while maintaining quality standards Assist with patient or provider requests and provide mentorship to the Data Entry Specialist team Required Qualifications 6-12 months of relevant experience in a similar role preferred Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute Must obtain Iowa Board of Pharmacy certification within 30 days and CPhT certification within 90 days of employment Must have a designated secure workplace for remote work
