IP Network Technician
A company is looking for an IP NCC Tier II Technician responsible for the surveillance and repair of a multinational Ethernet and IP network. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Ethernet and IP equipment and protocols Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders to resolve network issues Document work efforts in the trouble ticketing system and perform maintenance activities Required Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing Ethernet & IP networks Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school with related experience Experience with Juniper and/or Cisco routing equipment Basic knowledge of Ethernet Switching, IP Routing, BGP, MPLS, and Spanning Tree Experience with trouble ticketing and circuit inventory software
