IT Contact Center Manager
A company is looking for a Manager IT Contact Center (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction and oversight to IT projects and products, managing project tasks and schedules
Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company goals, managing staff performance and training
Direct programming and business analysis activities, facilitating system modifications and understanding technology roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis, or systems engineering, OR
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis, or systems engineering
Hands-on experience with Five9 and Genesys pure connect preferred
2+ years of experience migrating contact center platforms
Knowledge of Standard Development Life Cycles (like Waterfall or Agile) and system/data design
