Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of manufacturing technology transformation strategy Drive integration and optimization of core plant technologies to enhance operational performance Manage a transformation portfolio of $15M-$25M, overseeing budget and investment decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 15+ years of experience in operations or supply chain environments Strong understanding of LEAN principles and experience in manufacturing Proven track record of implementing WMS, MOM/MES, EAM, and QMS systems Experience in Transportation Planning/Mgmt. preferred
