IT Distribution Consultant

A company is looking for an IT Distribution Consultant responsible for coordinating the assignment of replacement laptops and assisting customers with IT asset management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with customers to ensure receipt of new equipment and assist with application installations Manage the decommissioning of IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records in the Asset Management Database Address customer inquiries related to Windows 11 and troubleshoot incidents during the distribution process Required Qualifications Two-year college/vocational/technical degree in a technology field or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to resolve computing problems and knowledge of Windows desktop Operating Systems Proven customer service experience Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workloads Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hand tools
