IT Product Analyst
A company is looking for an IT Product Analyst. Key Responsibilities Utilize workload automation software to manage, schedule, and optimize business processes and workflows Build and validate job flows, ensuring compliance with established standards and efficiency Assist application teams in defining automation requirements and optimizing task scheduling activities Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of data processing experience in a technical capacity At least 2 years of experience using workload automation systems, preferably BMC's Control-M Understanding of server and cloud applications, along with network monitoring tools and concepts Experience in scripting and familiarity with IT best practice methodologies such as ITIL or Agile Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and effective customer service skills
