IT Support Representative
A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative to provide technical support and customer service for various technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for devices and software, including desktops, laptops, and integrated medical devices
Safeguard organizational security by following established procedures and resolving technical issues
Guide and support new hires and team members while participating in continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Some college or vocational training in Information Technology or related fields preferred
Two or more years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support roles
At least one year of customer service experience
Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Windows OS, and Epic EMR
