IT Technical Support Specialist
A company is looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of its IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Manage workstations and SaaS applications, ensuring compliance with security best practices
Monitor security tools and conduct periodic security reviews to prevent unauthorized access
Required Qualifications
4+ years in IT support, system administration, or related roles
Strong experience in macOS support and troubleshooting for remote teams
Experience managing Apple devices with MDM solutions like Jamf or VMware Workspace ONE UEM
Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Okta or Microsoft Entra
Experience with IT ticketing systems like Jira or Confluence
