ITIL Problem Management Practitioner
A company is looking for an ITIL Problem Management Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of recurring IT issues
Log, categorize, and prioritize problems in the Problem Management system
Collaborate with IT teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
Required Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
Experience with ITIL and Problem Management processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
