Junior HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner. Key Responsibilities Partner with the HR Administrator to address employee queries and direct them to self-service resources Support managers and HR Business Partners with performance management and HR procedures Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employment documentation, and facilitate employee transfers Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a multi-country generalist HR role within an international organization Understanding of employment legislation in the UK and/or USA Experience in drafting HR policies and contracts Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced English language skills
