Junior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel. Key Responsibilities Advise on legal matters, particularly corporate matters and contract negotiations Develop and manage legal contracting processes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions Support commercial agreements and manage record retention policies Required Qualifications J.D. degree from a top-tier law school and admission to at least one state bar 1-3 years of experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house Experience in transactional and contract law Familiarity with M&A, corporate structure, and early-stage financing is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills
