KYC Implementation Manager
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - KYC. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical and operational guidance on risk decisioning strategies Collaborate with Account Management and Risk teams to monitor product usage and recommend improvements Manage client-facing communications and advocate for customer needs internally Required Qualifications 6+ years in a tech industry client-facing role, preferably in a managerial or consulting capacity Deep understanding of KYB, KYC, AML, and CDD regulations Technical aptitude with web applications and web services APIs Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science Prior experience with KYC/Credit/Risk decisioning systems and familiarity with tools like Zendesk and JIRA
