A company is looking for a L2 Service Desk Engineer. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor computers and laptops for optimal performance Install and configure operating systems, including Mac and Windows Provide technical support to clients and resolve tickets promptly Required Qualifications 1-3 years of IT experience Experience supporting end-user devices in an enterprise environment Proficiency in Windows 10-11 administration; knowledge of MacOS and Linux is a plus Understanding of endpoint security and basic experience with infrastructure systems Intermediate proficiency in English
