Key Responsibilities Answer support calls and document issues or requests in the feedback log Assist in testing developed items and report identified bugs or defects Communicate with developers and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues Required Qualifications Over 2 years of experience in .NET Core MVC Framework Technical ability to troubleshoot bugs Customer-oriented and responsible attitude Ability to reproduce reported issues Degree in computer science or information technology is a plus
