A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Manager to lead teams handling high exposure, litigated claims. Key Responsibilities Ensures understanding of business objectives and processes with direct reports Fosters a collaborative environment that inspires and motivates employees Manages escalated customer communications and complex claim decisions Required Qualifications 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) 15 or more years of claims experience (Preferred) 7 or more years of leadership experience with demonstrated people development (Preferred) 10 or more years of large loss and/or litigated claims experience (Preferred) Significant experience with commercial, homeowner's, and personal auto bodily injury and UM/UIM claims
