A company is looking for a Lead Account Executive & Sales Manager. Key Responsibilities Drive pipeline generation strategy and manage AE quota performance Develop and refine Sales Playbooks and Account Plans to improve deal conversion Coach and lead a high-performing SDR team while ensuring effective SDR-to-AE handoff Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an SDR or equivalent in outbound sales 3-5 years of Enterprise AE experience selling complex deals in the 6-7 figure range Proven success in multi-threading and prospecting into executive buyers Strong track record in building and executing sales playbooks Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
