Lead CRM Analyst
A company is looking for a Lead CRM Analyst, Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer data to extract actionable insights and trends, evaluating CRM initiatives' performance
Collaborate with the CRM team to implement measurement frameworks and communicate analysis results
Enhance customer segmentation through user behavior analysis and support CRM platforms with data integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
8+ years of analytics experience, with 5+ years specifically in CRM analytics
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze and Hightouch, and expert SQL skills
Experience with Python and/or R, and data visualization software like Tableau or Looker
Proven ability to align analytics with strategic business goals and manage multiple projects
