A company is looking for a Wellbeing Central Overheads Business Partner. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budget planning process and manage in-year performance for central overheads Conduct variance analysis of central overheads actuals versus forecasts and identify opportunities for improvement Oversee the P2P process and ensure accurate reporting and governance of cost centers and cross-charge processes Required Qualifications Experience in Controller and FP&A roles is preferred Strong background in finance business partnering Proven analytical skills and ability to work independently Experience collaborating in cross-functional and cross-market teams Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
