Key Responsibilities: Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues Assist customers with inquiries regarding benefits, billing, and appointment scheduling Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older 2+ years of customer service experience or office setting experience Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate complex systems Ability to work an eight-hour shift from Tuesday to Saturday
