Senior Customer Care Representative
A company is looking for a Senior Complex Customer Care Representative, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships to provide premium service and end-to-end resolution for members
Educate members on claims, benefits, and healthcare navigation, while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Meet performance goals in areas such as member satisfaction, call quality, and first call resolution
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in a high-demand contact center or customer service environment
1+ years of experience in the healthcare field or related customer service roles
Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and Saturdays
