Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering project deliverables, ensuring technical, quality, financial, and project control expectations are met Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants Provide technical oversight for engineering design change packages and interface with clients to ensure satisfaction Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited program Ten or more years of experience in electrical engineering design for nuclear power plants Three or more years of experience leading an engineering design group through all project phases Experience in the selection of equipment and preparation of engineering design change packages PE Licensure is preferred
