Lead Recovery Navigator
A company is looking for a Lead Recovery Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Recovery Navigators, providing onboarding, training, and coaching
Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to ensure patient engagement and satisfaction
Act as a liaison between patients and various internal teams to facilitate care and support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business administration, communications, or a relevant field
4+ years of experience in a customer/patient success or support role
Previous direct people management or mentoring experience preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
Proficient with digital, cloud-based communication and software platforms
