Key Responsibilities Supervise junior compliance team members in compliance testing, complaint management, and governance Drive development and execution of remediation and testing plans for compliance issues Lead the design and implementation of the monitoring & testing framework for regulatory compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree; Juris Doctor and/or CFE preferred 6+ years of experience in regulated finance or fintech with a focus on credit card compliance Thorough understanding of lending/credit financial services and key regulations Strong project management and organizational skills Interest in building the future of compliance with an owner's mindset
