A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for a remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities Schedule complex interviews and manage scheduling conflicts Provide outstanding candidate care and support the onboarding process Monitor background checks and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role Experience with high-volume scheduling and monitoring background checks Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday Previous experience in recruiting for technical roles in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
