Leadership Development Manager
A company is looking for a Leadership Development Manager responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate the vision and strategy for leadership programs targeted at faculty, staff, and medical students
Oversee the entire program lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals
Hire, supervise, and mentor program staff while managing project teams and partnerships
Required Qualifications
Master's degree required; preferred fields include Education, Organizational Development, or related areas
8 - 10 years of related work experience in learning, program management, or leadership development
1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
Experience with healthcare, academic medicine, or nonprofit organizations
Extensive knowledge of leadership products and services, with a track record of entrepreneurial growth
