Manage the design, development, implementation, and assessment of leadership and career development programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Curriculum Design, or related field
7+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or Leadership Development
5+ years of experience in developing and managing leadership development programs
Instructional design experience is required
Experience in a corporate or consulting environment is required
