Learner Success Advocate
A company is looking for a Learner Success Advocate to support and guide learners throughout their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, providing support and encouragement
Moderate live sessions, ensuring engagement and logistical support
Track and monitor learner progress, identifying at-risk learners and providing necessary guidance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
Experience with CRM and LMS platforms
Experience working in a remote-based environment
Experience in a startup environment is preferred
Experience in education is preferred but not required
