Learning & Development Manager
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Sr. Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to manage training and development, addressing performance issues for a large organization
Coordinate with clients and third-party providers to develop and maintain learning programs
Analyze performance data and present insights to clients, identifying action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience in Training and Development or technical instructional design
3 years of program management or leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in human development, organizational management, or a related field
Experience in designing and developing adult learning programs using various instructional design models
Proficiency in LMS administration and instructional design for both e-learning and classroom training
