A company is looking for a Learning Instructional Designer to create and manage blended learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design of multi-modality high-impact blended learning solutions Manage current training content and develop new innovative content aligned with business needs Track and audit published solutions on the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training quality standards Required Qualifications Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Captivate Experience managing robust content on a Learning Management System (LMS) Experience examining pre and post performance data, preferably in a call center environment
