Finance and HR Manager
A company is looking for a Part-Time Finance and HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
Ensure financial and HR compliance with regulations and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, CMA, SPHR, or MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in financial management and human resources, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and HR best practices
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and HR management systems
Experience with financial and HR software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, ADP, or similar)
