Learning Success Associate
A company is looking for a Learning Success Associate to support their Customer Registration and Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for learners and partners via phone, email, and live chat
Manage communications and support onboarding for new course and video agreements
Prepare presentations and track data on learner engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or related roles
2-4 years of experience in K-12 education or a deep understanding of the educator perspective
Comfortable using CRM tools; experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
Able to build relationships and offer tailored support in a consultative manner
Experience in consultative inside sales, particularly with complex or intangible products
