A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Obesity Medicine and Primary Care. Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual, billable direct-patient care focused on medication education and optimization Initiate, adjust, and refill medications under CDTM and compliant standing orders, emphasizing anti-obesity medications Collaborate with healthcare providers to monitor therapeutic outcomes and participate in interdisciplinary case reviews Qualifications PharmD and active Clinical Pharmacist licensure with a willingness to obtain multi-state licensure At least 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine; additional experience in ambulatory or primary care preferred Experience with CDTM or collaborative practice agreements Passion for inclusive, patient-centric care and interest in weight-inclusive practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
