Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various contract types including services and confidentiality agreements Assess legal risks and propose solutions to achieve business objectives Provide daily contract support and coordinate with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications JD from an accredited institution and admitted to practice law in at least one state Five or more years of commercial contracting experience Strong legal contracting background Ability to work independently and proactively Experience in insurance, health insurance, or regulatory background is a plus
