A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment Oversee client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while managing client relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller Experience in a multi-client environment and deep accounting experience across multiple industries 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Proven ability to manage deadlines and lead a team effectively
