Licensed Grievance Coordinator
A company is looking for a Grievance Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve patient complaints and grievances to ensure high standards of care
Manage the Complaint & Grievance process using qualitative insights and quantitative data
Provide guidance on best practices in clinical care, patient engagement, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree and an active unencumbered clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent)
5+ years of licensed clinical therapy experience with diverse populations
Experience managing and resolving patient complaints in a behavioral health setting
Experience reviewing clinical documentation with knowledge of ethical responsibilities and commercial payor standards
