A company is looking for a Licensed Sales Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in increasing loan production levels. Key Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings by coordinating with customers and Title Companies Provide general clerical support to loan officers and processors, including tracking outstanding items and following up with customers Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact Previous sales support experience is preferred Salesforce experience is preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
