Life and Annuities Product Strategist
A company is looking for a Life and Annuities (L&A) Product Strategist to join their Product Management team. Key Responsibilities Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for L&A core services Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to strategic objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs Lead the development and communication of detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria Required Qualifications 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in the insurance industry (preferably Life and Annuities) 5+ years working with insurance technology platforms or transformation initiatives 4+ years of direct exposure to Life and Annuity processes and systems Demonstrated success defining product strategy and launching complex software products or platforms Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and related processes within insurance
