Director of Revenue Enablement
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement & Sales Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a team of enablement professionals to execute programs across pre-sales, sales, and customer success
Design and implement onboarding, continuous learning, and skill development programs to enhance team effectiveness
Drive adoption of sales methodologies to standardize processes and improve forecasting accuracy
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or sales leadership roles
5+ years of experience leading enablement teams in high-growth SaaS or B2B environments
Deep understanding of sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
