A company is looking for a Loan Originator Assistant to provide support in a sales environment. Key Responsibilities Review loan applications and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines Communicate status updates and escalate issues to meet client needs Assist clients with the origination system and maintain documentation in loan software Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Encompass software is a plus
