Louisiana Licensed Call Center Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs, addressing questions about coverage, rates, and billing
Share expertise on products and services to ensure customers have appropriate insurance coverage
Assist customers who have recently been in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license is required for sales roles; training will be provided for those not already licensed
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Customer service experience is preferred
Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet for remote work
