Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company
Experience in recruitment operations, including ATS management and process design
Proven track record of filling high-growth technical and GTM roles
Deep data expertise in analyzing funnel performance and identifying process gaps
Experience leading interview training or DEI hiring initiatives
